Workout Wheel questions
Is this a training programme?
No. It randomises the order of exercises you've chosen yourself — it doesn't assess your fitness, and it's not a substitute for advice from a qualified trainer or your doctor.
How do I build a timed circuit?
Write the duration into the entry, like “Plank 45s”, and spin for each station in turn with “Remove winner” on.
Can I make the hard ones rarer?
Yes — weights work in reverse too. Give the easy movements a higher weight, like “Squats *3”, and the tough ones come up less often.
