Why are the labels so small?

Fifty slices leave little room for text. Labels shrink and truncate to fit, and the winner is always announced in full above the wheel, so nothing depends on reading the slice.

Can I include DC and the territories?

Yes — add them as extra lines. The wheel resizes its slices automatically.

Can each state be drawn only once?

Turn on “Remove winner” to drop each state as it's drawn, or “No repeats” to keep them on the wheel but cycle through all fifty before repeating.
