How to use the team picker

Team Picker questions
How do I keep the teams the same size?
Turn on “No repeats”: each team is drawn once before any team can be drawn again, so sizes stay within one of each other. The team generator does this automatically.
Can I have uneven teams on purpose?
Yes — weight a team with *2 to send roughly twice as many people to it.
What's the difference from the team generator?
The wheel assigns one person at a time, which is better in front of a group. The generator splits everyone at once, which is faster when nobody's watching.
