Either works. Put jobs on the wheel and spin as each student steps up, or put student names on the wheel and spin per job — remove the winner each time so nothing is assigned twice.

How do I keep the same jobs from going to the same kids?

Turn on "No repeats" to cycle through the whole list before any job comes up again, or save the wheel and rotate who spins first each week.
